We are now offering delivery and no contact pick-up at the farm. Just place your order online and specify whether you would like the products delivered or if you will be picking them up. Our products are also available every Saturday at the Twin City Market. We accept cash, checks and Venmo.
Seasonal Turkey Orders
If you are new to Hollyhock Hill Farms, welcome! We raise free-range – hormone and antibiotic free turkeys in Northwest Illinois. Our turkeys are fed a non-GMO feed diet and are also fed excess produce from our garden. As previously mentioned our turkeys are free-range, meaning, their diet is not restricted like large/mega turkey facilities. They roam about eating their feed but also clover, weeds, bugs, rocks and, of course, the extra produce from the garden.
We begin taking orders in August of each year and requests for specific sizes are on a first-come/first-served basis. Sizes are not guaranteed as we never really know the size of turkeys we will have. With that being said, please choose a range on the order form below. As an example, if you know you want a 19 or 20 lb. turkey, click the 15-20 lb turkey option and then in the Special Instructions field state you would like closer to 20 lbs. When we are assigning turkeys, we will make note and try to get you the closest possible to your desired size.
Thanksgiving turkeys are fresh. If you are an Elmhurst customer, the pick-up date will be Sunday, November 20th, 2022 from Noon-3. If you are a Sterling customer, the pick-up will be Sunday, November 20th, 2022 from 10am-1:30pm and 4-6pm.
Christmas and Smoked Turkeys are frozen. If you have the space and would like your Christmas turkey at the November 20th, 2022 delivery date, please note that in the comments. Otherwise, the turkeys will be delivered to Elmhurst on the December 11th, 2022 delivery date.
